Window Cleaning Services

Other services we offer include: window cleaning, mobile auto detailing (coating optional), upholstery cleaning (fabric coating optional), tile & grout cleaning and sealing, and housekeeper placement services.

Pricing:

Window Cleaning:

Option 1: $5 per standard sized window per side for corresponding frame and glass only.

Option 2: $8 per standard sized window per side. Includes corresponding frame, glass, screen, track, and ledge.

$200 minimum appointment fee.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

75 cents/sf. for cleaning only.

$1.25/sf to clean and seal.

$200 minimum appointment fee.

Interior Auto Detailing (Mobile)

Prices starting at $300 for a full interior detail. Basic Maintenance details (Broward county only) starting at $175.

Upholstery Cleaning

$199 for two items: sofa, loveseat, chair, or area rug.

$199 for one sectional sofa.

Fabric coating can be added to your package for an additional $99.

Deep Steam Cleaning

$75/hr includes cleaning, and a short term surface protectant to keep your home cleaner for longer. Available in 3-6 hour intervals with one cleaner. If two cleaners are available, the amount of time spent at the appointment will be able to be reduced by half, while still receiving the same amount of cleaning.

Kitchen/Bathroom Protective Coatings

Starting at $999 for 1 room, kitchens and bathrooms only. Two half baths are counted as one room.

Housekeeper Placement Services

We will source a competent housekeeper to work in your home for 16-40+ hours per week and ensure that they are ready to be an asset to keeping your home neat and pristine! Pricing varies based upon the payment interval that you choose.
